Canals, railtrails, lake, 30 miles Flat gravel ride in great scenery This ride is over 80 per cent flat and car-free, but you’ll benefit from a hybrid or gravel bike. Take in the beautiful Caldon Canal’s towpath, then railtrail to Congleton. Ride tiny, hilly back lanes with awesome views, then railtrail alongside lovely Rudyard Lake back to Leek.
