TUBELESS

-

There are now enough oils, juices and lubes available for tubeless tyres to make a sex shop owner blush, but when it comes to installation, it’s all about pumping. That’s because seating a tubeless tyre onto a rim requires a high volume of air to be dumped into the tyre quickly. If your pump’s large enough and you can pump it quick enough, you might be able to do it with a big bore track pump. If not, you’ll need something with a compressor – a chamber you can fill with the required amount of air, which can then be dumped instantly into the tyre with the flick of a switch.
