Thoroughly modern, with centrelock disc brake fitting and Mavic’s UST tubeless tyre system, the Ksyrium Elite Disc wheelset weighs 1782g, including valves and thru axle end caps. The rims are 21mm tall, 22mm around the screwed-in spokes, leaving the rim bed undrilled for tape-free tyre fitting, and their 19mm internal width creates useful extra volume for tyres from 25mm to 32mm. A responsive, supple ride feel and excellent pickup from the ID360 freehub makes the Ksyriums great for all-round training use.
