£79.99 Widths S/M, M/L Rails CroMo Colour Black, Red Weight 289g (M/L) One of the softer and more padded saddles on test, the SR Sport Gel was developed in conjunction with the Canyon//SRAM pro cycling team rider Pauline Ferrand-Prévot. The nose is shorter and slightly wider than some of the other saddles on test, which meant it rubbed the inside of my legs slightly when upright, but it felt good when on the drops. The orthopaedic foam pads are noticeably softer, but there’s no trade-off in terms of a secure seated position. The saddle is mostly flat, with just a slight upwards flare, and the perforations in the microfibre add welcome traction.
