AERO MAKEOVER

Thought wind tunnels were for the elite only? Me too, until I visited Silverstone with bike fitter Stephen Roche. We soon shaved 3:26mins from my 40km sportive time, and increased my efficiency and comfort. Now I need to get the miles in ( p58).

WEST ER N WONDERS
