FORD ESCAPE PLUG-IN HYBRID IN 2020

First of many to come in Aus from Ford

The all-new Ford Escape Plug-in Hybrid will be the first electrified SUV from Ford that we will be able to get our hands on down under. Due for 2020, the 14.4kWh battery in the Escape will allow up to 50kms of fullyelectric driving and be charged either through a charging station or the onboard regenerative charging technology.

Amko Leenarts, responsible for exterior and interior design of vehicles developed by Ford of Europes says “The all-new interior is a sanctuary space, designed to allow everyday life to happen. Harmonious and airy, it fuses premium materials, precise craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technology.”

Pricing will come closer to launch in 2020.
