Rock Paper Scissors a crowd hit

HUNDREDS filled the Artspace lawn for the 2018 Rock Paper Scissors Art and Design Market.

The event was a laid-back, family friendly celebration of our local artists and craft experts.

Stall-holder Mary Ann Refalo from Restrospect Life had dozens of customers for her homemade jams, dips, sauces and spreads.

“Our Worcestershire sauce has been flying off the shelf,” Ms Refalo said.

“The pina colada pineapple preserve and our lychee and dragonfruit jam were also a hit.”

Families sat on the grass listening to live music and enjoying the tasty ice creams, sweets, drinks and hot food on offer. Local mothers Bianca Baker and Rachel De Bruyn came with their children to participate in the festivities. It was smiles all round as they enjoyed their delicious slushies.
