WESTERN DOWNS POUND PETS
IN AN attempt to reduce the number of animals impounded, the Dalby Herald has joined forces with Western Downs Regional Council to create Pound Pets.
The initiative is featured every Friday in the Dalby Herald, offering potential pets if the council is unable to reunite them with their original owners.
There will also be free desexing of pets for a limited time.
The Dalby Herald and Western Downs Pound Pets initiative also promotes responsible pet ownership across the region.
This five-y-o kelpie-lab cross male has been desexed and has a friendly temperament.
This female staffy-cross hopes to return back home after Christmas.
