SALON DE CO., the new restaurant at Ovolo Inchcolm in Brisbane, casts a spell. The beguiling space combines saturated colours, painterly walls and numerous seating options. Hassell Studio collaborated with stylist Anna Roberts and art curator Lisa Fehily to execute the hotel’s Art Deco-inspired public spaces. Chef Anthony Hales is similarly adventurous when it comes to the menu. Signature dishes include Jerusalem artichoke with lemon and cultured cream, and aged duck with kohlrabi and umeboshi.
