The winds of change keep informing Melbourne’s Windsor. Alter Dining is a new eatery with tantalising dishes such as chargrilled quail, and pineapple tart tatine (right) from chef Sean Judd (ex Longrain). Meanwhile, after a facelift, Morris Jones (above) has reopened with a sexy and leafy new interior. Chef Matthew Butcher looked to Japan and Southern California to produce dishes such as crab nachos with sea urchin.
