HARKHAM WINES AZIZA’S SEMILLON 2017, $35

Most Hunter Valley semillons are tight and racy, but Harkham’s expression is wonderfully idiosyncratic: softer, but retaining a crisp acidity. It’s an adult version of lemon barley water, with succulence and fuller flavour. So lovely.
