Sides in­clude braised can­nellini beans and cavolo nero. The car­niv­o­rous ven­ture is the brain­child of The Wild Rover and Grandma’s bar own­ers James Bradey and Warren Burns (pic­tured above, cen­tre, with Liq­uid & Larder part­ners Kim McDiarmid and Dean Simp­son).
