FRED’S NEGRONI

MAKES 1

Fred’s serves its Negroni with dehydrated tomato; a slice of dried orange makes a great substitution.

11/ tbs each gin, Dolin blanc (white)

vermouth and Aperol Ice cubes, to serve Cherry tomato (optional – substitute

thinly sliced orange), to serve

Combine gin, vermouth and Aperol in a cocktail shaker and stir to combine. Serve in a glass with an ice cube and a cherry tomato or orange slice.
