VEGAN MANGO LASSI
MAKES 61/ CUPS (1.625L)
2 4 large ripe mangos, peeled,
chopped 1 cup (280g) coconut yoghurt 1/ 2 cup (125ml) maple syrup 1/ 2 tsp ground cardamom, plus extra to serve Ground turmeric and lime wedges, to serve
Place all ingredients and 1/ 2 cup (125ml) iced water in a blender and whiz until smooth. Divide among serving glasses and scatter with extra cardamom and turmeric. Serve with lime wedges
