Owner Chris Ter­likar hosted sev­eral pop-ups be­fore set­tling on this per­ma­nent space to show­case his beef brisket, pulled pork and fried green toma­toes. The rus­tic set­ting in­cludes a bar con­structed from a re­claimed rail­way sleeper. Nap­kins at the ready.
