SWEET SUCCESS:

Yesterday I made Yotam Ottolenghi’s blueberry, almond & lemon cake (Extract, October 2018, p 82) to take to a friend’s house for dessert. Although we are not normally sweet-eaters, the entire cake was demolished by six of us in one sitting (I believe one of the men had at least four slices). It was so moist and lemony and delicious.
