THE WINNER IS…

Thank you, delicious., for providing inspiration on my Instagram feed these past few months. I recently purchased some locally made Tuerong flour – an incredible product that’s available just at my doorstep. I didn’t even know it existed until I read the June 2019 issue of delicious (Produce Awards, p 16). Then numerous recipes were replicated from the magazine. I added my own touch, and most of the dishes ended up on my Instagram account. Once I had finished my cooking adventure I daydreamed of a trip to Portland (City Guide, p 138) and was transported to the Himalayas (Chef’s Journey, p 144) in one of the best travel sections I have ever read.
