Gar­lic ice cream, gar­lic beer and gar­lic cof­fee are just some of the al­lium-spiked foods you’ll be able to try at this year’s Meeniyan Gar­lic Fes­ti­val at Meeniyan Re­serve on Fe­bru­ary 15-16. The fes­ti­val will fea­ture 15 gar­lic grow­ers and more than two tonnes of the odourous bulb, along­side mu­sic, en­ter­tain­ment and gar­den­ing talks by The Gar­lic In­sti­tute.
