Garlic ice cream, garlic beer and garlic coffee are just some of the allium-spiked foods you’ll be able to try at this year’s Meeniyan Garlic Festival at Meeniyan Reserve on February 15-16. The festival will feature 15 garlic growers and more than two tonnes of the odourous bulb, alongside music, entertainm­ent and gardening talks by The Garlic Institute.
