PARACOMBE PECORINO 2020, $25 Pecorino is a rare Italian grape variety in Australia, grown in the Adelaide Hills. This is a crisp white wine, with citrus, green herb and saline-minerally tang to the fore. It is very delicate and thirst-quenching. Beautiful with this burger.

TWO METRE TALL DERWENT FARMHOUSE AROMATIC SPELT ALE, $7.50

This beer is tart and gently salty with a citrusy freshness amongst sour yeasty characters. It’s refreshing and beautifully matched to the richness of the dish here.
