Do you like pina coladas? Then you’re going to love this pina colada cocktail-inspired bombe alaska. Find the recipe at delicious.com.au now! Recipe: @geodoes Photo: @bendearnley Styling: @kirstenljenkins NEW BESTIES: My best friend Grace and I are new to delicious. and were amazed by the wonderfully creative yet very accessible recipes in the February edition. We made the cover recipe, the mango yoghurt cheesecake, to celebrate a small family gathering in these challenging Covid times. My husband had not seen his sister for some time, and we finally got to enjoy a meal with them, the climax being the cheesecake. It turned out fabulously: it was yummy, fresh, gluten-free, easy to follow and so tasty! Everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. This gorgeous cheesecake turned a happy occasion into a very special one! Thank you delicious. – you’ve won us over. Meg Matthews (and Grace)

HERE’S TO SEVEN MORE: We have been cooking from your wonderful magazine for seven years straight now and you’ve turned us into great home chefs. The food’s better at home than out these days. We always look forward to the new issues and try to make as many dishes each month as possible. Thank you once again for putting together recipes that always work out! Isabelle Lang

THE GIFT THAT KEEPS GIVING: I was lucky enough to be gifted a delicious. subscription for Christmas last year (and was excited to receive it again this year). It is the highlight of each month – reading all the recipes, tagging the ones I want to make. The December/January issue was a massive hit. I became the party guest favourite, when I cooked my way through all the various trifle recipes perfect for the festive season. I mastered the Pimms and pavlova trifle for my neighbour’s long lunch. I was even gifted a blowtorch this Christmas to be able to make the bombe alaska recipes! Claire Meatheringham
