Cat­tle sale re­port:

Deniliquin Pastoral Times - - RURAL OUTLOOK -

De­niliquin agents yarded 238 cat­tle at the prime mar­ket on Wednes­day.

Grown and younger cat­tle made up most of the yard­ing. A run of older steers weighed up to 720kg, and made $2.55/kg.

Trade steers made up to $2.90/kg and ranged be­tween $2.40/kg and $2.85/kg. Trade heifers topped at $2.90/kg and ranged be­tween $2.50/kg and $2.75/kg.

Veal­ers topped at $3.20/kg and very few cows were yarded, but made a top of $2.118/kg. One bull sold, mak­ing $1.85/kg.
