Fete at­tracts 600

The glo­ri­ous weather greeted the happy smil­ing faces at­tend­ing Satur­day’s St Michael’s School Fete, which at­tracted more than 600 peo­ple.

One of the highlights was the per­for­mance of a tra­di­tional dance of Niue by the school’s stu­dents, un­der the guid­ance of Ofa Wil­liams.

There was also ex­cep­tional tal­ent on cen­tre stage with a Jen’s Dance Fit show­case and Bat­tle of the Bands.

The in­ter­na­tional food theme was a huge hit with fete rev­ellers rav­ing about the qual­ity and va­ri­ety on of­fer.

Santa ar­rived in style aboard a fire truck and was mobbed by a large group of ex­cited kids be­fore be­ing ush­ered to his Mag­i­cal King­dom.
