So many unfamiliar people, but workers refused entry

Dear Editor,

I fail to understand why those men who were working on the job in Cressy St are not permitted to return when there are so many Victorian motor vehicles in Deniliquin.

Also, you see so many people walking around before.

I have never seen any person in authority checking any of those vehicles or persons.
