Science Week fun

-

Mayrung Public School managed to sneak in National Science Week activities before the state was plunged in to lockdown.

Seven Year 5 students and their teacher led the school on a journey of discovery and adventure.

The day began with some intriguing demonstrations — the amazing balloon that doesn’t pop, dancing sultanas and the eggcellent egg sucked into a jar trick.

The students then led small group investigations on a variety of topics, some related to the theme ‘Food – Different by Design’.
