Book Week fun goes virtual

-

Well what was meant to be a celebration of Book Week with fun and parades for our local schools has been put on hold.

But students at Deniliquin North School still took the opportunity to embrace the occasion.

Along with learning and reading from home, pupils shared photos of themselves reading in their favourite spots.

Many of the children have been making the most of the late winter sunshine, to find their special reading spot, with others snuggling up inside with their pets.

Schools are hoping to have the book celebrations once lockdown is over.
