PEACH AND MANGO CRUSH

SERVES 8 (AS AN OC­CA­SIONAL DRINK)

100g finely chopped mango flesh 750ml (3 cups) chilled Just Juice

Or­ange & Mango

500ml (2 cups) chilled Ocean

Spray Light Cran­berry

250ml (1 cup) fresh or­ange juice 250ml (1 cup) chilled min­eral wa­ter 250ml (1 cup) peach vodka

1 Di­vide the chopped mango be­tween two ice cube trays and fill with wa­ter. Freeze for 4 hours, or un­til frozen.

2 To serve, com­bine juices, min­eral wa­ter and vodka in a large jug. Serve in glasses over the mango ice cubes.
