Evoc CP 26L backpack
Lots of padding and good capacity in a carry case built for the great outdoors
Evoc has a background in making bags for outdoor sports enthusiasts. Its new line of bags is designed to meet the needs of people wanting to combine their love of the outdoors with photography.
The CP26L has plenty of padding and space to hold a large SLR, like a Canon 5D Mark III with a 70-200mm lens mounted, plus one or two more lenses and a few small accessories. There’s also room for lunch and extra clothing, and attachments for skis and ice-axes and the like.
Although it’s quite large, the pack feels comfortable to carry, and the shoulder straps are well-padded. It’s even possible to add an optional avalanche survival kit if you’re into shooting in the mountains. It feels comfortable on your back.
The waist belt is a little restrictive.
