Open Liquify

Open a portrait, then go to the Layers panel, right-click the layer and choose Convert To Smart Object. Next go to Filter > Liquify. Go to the Face-Aware sliders to the right of the Liquify dialog and experiment with the Smile slider to make the subject’s smile more pronounced.
