Step 2

Lower the opacity of the top layer so you can see the scene layer beneath it, then click on the bottom layer and press Ctrl/Cmd+T for the transform tool. Reshape, resize and reposition your scene to get the best fit to the container, and press Return. Take the top layer back to 100% opacity.
