You’ll need to assemble a range of colours that work well together. There are many creative options. When it comes to presenting the fruit, think about what will work best for each one. We found slicing the oranges, passionfruit, bananas and kiwifruit worked best for those, but with the grapes and strawberries, we chopped some up and left others whole. We left the blueberries whole.
