Found in the Camera Raw top toolbar (and also in Lightroom’s HSL panels), the Targeted Adjustment tool lets you pinpoint and adjust eight colour ranges within an image. Unlike Camera Calibration, it’s meant for creative edits to specific images rather than more universal calibration. It allows you to finetune colour by dragging over the image. The point you initially click on is sampled, and those colours are targeted.
