Are the results realistic?

Used at full strength, the effects are quite intense, but you can tone them down with Lightroom’s new Profile Amount slider and use regular Lightroom adjustments on top. It’s possible to create images of great depth, richness and variety.

The preset effects do look really good and can effect remarkable transformations on images that initially might not look very promising. Clearly, a good deal of photographic judgement and skill has gone into their design.
