Are the results good?

Portrait Professional is extremely effective. It’s up to you how far you want to push the enhancements with the manual adjustments, but you have to be pretty careless (or insensitive) to produce an over‑processed doll-like look.

Portraiture 3 produces nice-looking results with minimum effort and because it’s not looking for faces specifically it can also be used on skin tones on other parts of the body. But the skin masks can only be modified up to a point.
