Is it worth the price?
The basic standalone version is just £29.95, which is exceptional value for what it does. If you want to open raw files or use Portrait Pro as a plugin, you need the Studio version at £49.95/$59.95, while the £99.95/$119.95 Studio Max version adds batch processing.
This seems a lot to pay for a plugin with basic features. The results are nice, but it’s difficult to completely eliminate backgrounds with the limited masking tools and you’ll still need Photoshop to remove larger spots and wrinkles or whiten teeth.
