New rangefinder drops screen and… Sound familiar?
The latest variant of the 24MP full-frame Leica M10 builds on the enhancements introduced by this summer’s M10-P, except for one: the touchscreen. Leica has dropped the rear monitor altogether from the new M10-D and, in a similar set-up to the M-D Typ 262, replaced it with a control dial; it’s used to set exposure compensation here, rather than ISO. Using Wi-Fi, you can view the images you’ve taken on a smartphone via the Leica Fotos app, as well as remote-control the camera and transfer raw files. http://uk.leica-camera.com; £6,500/$7,995
