Open and reframe your image

Open an image you want to frame in a presentation border. When it’s on-screen, click the A4 Horiz White Bdr Action if your pic is in landscape format, or the A4 Vert White Bdr Action if it’s in portrait orientation. Once the Action is selected, go to the bottom of the panel and click the Play button (the right facing triangle). In an instant, your image will be framed with a white border and resized to A4. Once you’ve run the Action, you’ll need to save the file if you want to keep it. To do this, just go to File > Save As and save it somewhere handy in the format of your choice, using a new file name.
