Create a light burst

Here we’re going to mimic sunlight. Set the foreground colour to orange, then create a Gradient Adjustment Layer. Set Style to Radial and Scale to 150% before dragging the gradient into the gorge, then click OK. Now set the foreground colour to light yellow and create another Radial Gradient, but set Scale to 75%. Set the Blending mode of both layers to Screen, group them and set Opacity to 50%.
