Are the results good?

Cutout 2018 can be very effective on objects that have clear and recognisable outlines against backgrounds with visibly different tones. We had to work harder to approach an acceptable mask result with our deliberately tricky portrait shot, however.

The results you get depend on the image you start with. Fluid Mask 3 was about to make some headway with our tricky portrait shot – but it proved impossible to get a ‘perfect’ cutout, despite lots of time spent modifying and enhancing the mask.
