Boost the contrast

Use the Clarity and Texture settings in Camera Raw to improve the contrast of the tree branches against the night sky. Boosting them to the region of 20-30 on each of the levels will work best, as this lets the smaller twigs and branches emerge in the image. You can further enhance the contrast by increasing the levels of black, and pushing up the exposure amount.
