Affordable new optic for shooting candids

Compact, light and compatible with Nikon’s full-frame mirrorless cameras, the new Z 40mm f/2 is a slightly-wider-than-standard prime lens, which offers a natural angle of view that will be ideal for candid portraits. Just one third of a stop slower than its siblings the Z 50mm f/1.8 S and the Z 35mm f/1.8 S, the new optic is considerably shorter and less bulky.
