Capture autumn images at night

Using flash extends your shooting options. With a moderately long lens fitted to your camera, try isolating branches against a dark sky and mount a flashgun on the hotshoe to illuminate the leaves. Be prepared to open up the aperture and increase the ISO to achieve the correct exposure level for the best effect.
