iPhones are quick, so use that to your advantage. Lots of things can be tidied up and tweaked in an edit, but not if you didn’t get the shot to start with. Some of my favourite photos have been spontaneous, wonky snaps of a boat or a bird before the moment disappears. Apple’s Live Photos (a short video) are great for these – you can select an individual frame, so if the bird isn’t quite where you want it in the shot, find a frame where it is.
