Tint, rinse and repeat

In the centre of Queen Square, ‘The Circle of Light’ was a circular set of coloured panels, like a rainbow, the idea being that you could see the city through a variety of tints. This was perfect for Jack’s abstract style and he photographed people on the outside looking in. Exposing for the brighter parts of the scene produced an almost silhouette-style image.
