Stop down, open the shutter
In a similar vein to Jack’s first image, Graham also photographed the swings, but he wanted to produce a more obvious take on the swinging movement. So he shot from the side with a longer exposure time, of 15 seconds, stopping all the way down to f/22 to compensate for the duration the shutter was open for. As Graham doesn’t tend to edit his images, it was vital that he got his settings right in-camera.
