‘The Drumlins in Winter’

“The drumlins are hills near Menzingen in Switzerland. On each hill, the farmers of the region planted a tree to commemorate the birth of a son. All the hills have trees now, so this tradition had to be ended. I took this picture in January 2021 at sunset: it was a long exposure of four minutes at f/11 at a focal length of 70mm.

I used Lightroom and Nik software to edit this picture.”
