The ups and downs of city life
By taking the time to look up and down rather than straight ahead when you’re exploring city streets, you’ll find angles that people who aren’t carrying a camera might miss. To frame a worm’s eye view, use your camera’s fold-out screen if it has one. If it doesn’t, manually preset the focus before firing a few short bursts. For low-level shots, look for colours and textures that would make interesting abstracts.
