FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM II is smaller, faster and lighter than the original

The second iteration of this fast ‘trinity’ lens brings improvements to optical performance, its autofocus system and its controls. 22% lighter than its predecessor and 18% smaller in terms of volume, the new lens consists of 20 optical elements in 15 groups and has an 11-bladed circular diaphragm.
