AGEING GRACEFULLY

Wither Hills turns 25 this year, and dish was recently invited to a special tasting to celebrate. We tried 90s sauvignon blancs that still had exceptional life in them, and 1997 chardonnay and pinot noir that stood up superbly to the 2007, 2017 and 2018 vintages – proving Wither Hills is maturing magically indeed.
