What better way to toast an iconic winery’s 25th birthday than with a superb five-course dinner matched with Wither Hills wines. Join us on Monday, May 13 for a night to remember

Amilestone birthday deserves a special celebratio­n so join us at one of Auckland’s finest eateries to raise a glass to 25 years of Wither Hills Wines. Enjoy an evening of superb food and wine at this Dine With dish event at the inner-city oasis that is Pilkington­s restaurant. Think lush flora, bespoke fabrics, hand-blown glass light fittings all paired with the beautiful taste of Wither Hills.

The evening will begin with a selection of canapés, to be followed by a delicious four-course meal from chef Dreyfus D’mello and his team, matched with a special selection of Wither Hills wines. Matt Large, Head Winemaker Wither Hills, will be sharing the birthday love by providing wines from the Wither Hills Library, and Wither

Hills Cellar Collection – usually available exclusivel­y via their Cellar Door in Marlboroug­h – to treat diners on the night to a special one-off tasting.
