The Collective and Sid Sahrawat have teamed up to create a yoghurt that’s perfect for the cooler months. Dulce De Leche & Chai Spiced Pear is a result of The Collective’s ‘Chefs for Good’ series.

They collaborat­e with iconic Kiwi chefs to raise money for New Zealand charities. All proceeds from this divine creation will go towards the Starship Foundation. Spoon over sticky toffee pudding, serve alongside apple crumble or eat straight from the tub. Perfectly creamy, rich and a little bit naughty, it’s the ultimate winter dessert.
